Currently reviews are listed with the newest ones first. While not bad on our site the first couple reviews are typically the higher quality reviews with more feedback so having them first would be nice.

Obviously not a critical option (the module is great) but would be a nice option :)

This can be easily achieved through the views module. Just look up the userreview view unter admin - views, click "add" and then change the sorting to "Ascending".
