The search form is configured to display only 10 of the 22 user profile fields, but all 22 fields are still being shown. This can be seen here: http://prescottarts.youcanweb.net/cs/search/user/advanced. This screenshot: http://prescottarts.youcanweb.net/s-shot-u_s-config.gif shows what is seen at admin/settings/user_search.

The install went smoothly and there are no related error messages - sorry I can't provide more information. Let me know if there's a test I can run.

Title: Search form display configuration » is not working at all

After further investigation I realized that the configuration page is non-functional. Whether all the boxes are checked, all are unchecked, or anything in between, it has no effect on the final appearance of the search form. Love this module, hope you can find the time to tweak it. BTW, I'm using 4.6.6 bundled with CivicSpace.

no kidding. I am rewriting a user directory that includes a filter for users in coldfusion... right now you can filter by user profile fields for 4.7 and the search/filter will become more powerful in later versions.

Thanks, Robert, for fixing this!

But we were hoping you'd fix both problems with the form. If you add categories or change category names, they disappear from "category order". See more here: http://drupal.org/node/73170.

Ah, that's a separate issue.

I'm closing this one and will start work on the other one.
