Help a newbie please!

My users are getting the following error on their screen:

Submission of a form on this page has been disabled as you do not have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Is this something the user needs to enable in their browser? Or can I simply disable a particular module I am using in order to alleviate the problem?

It appears the error also appears if you DO have javascript enabled.
Also, i didn't submit any forms, I just visited some random pages on the site, and saw this error.
