I would like to have administration page to manage the existing relations within the parent and subuser accounts.

It would be nice to have if subuser could request own "freedom" from his parent.

Probably not going to be supported in 6.x release, unless someone else writes it, but with 7.x-2.x and the relation project the relations are entities which can be managed and deleted so that should be easy to do. In fact you can even have multiple parents.
