Error importing and registering partner

I'm using Kaltura 6.x-1.4 with Drupal 6.15.

When I fill out the information to import the partner details, I receive this message:

Couldn't import partner details.
Array ( [0] => Array ( [code] => SERIALIZE_ERROR [desc] => failed to serialize server result ) ) :

If I try to register from Server Integration Settings I receive:

There was an error while trying to register new partner.
SERIALIZE ERROR: failed to serialize server result

I already made the account from Kaltura CE, but it doesn't work when I import it. I attached the log from importing the partner details.
