Ok the chat I have everyone going to in the beginning is working but if they click on someone name they cant get back to the main chat? Any ideas?

Can you please copy/paste the text you have in IM Settings for Chatrooms?

Are you saying that the chatroom does not show up in the "Friend Picker"?
