When printed document's title is too long, PDF header gets corrupt. To prevent that, I advice setting max. title length for PDF producing. See the patch attached, it's quite simple.

jcnventuraI've just tested this with a PDF produced by TCPDF 5.5.011 and viewed with Adobe Reader 9. A node with the maximum Drupal title of 255 characters displayed perfectly without any sign of corruption..
As such I see no reason to change the code. What was the specific setup used in your case that produced the problem in your case?
