I get a WSOD on:
/admin/node/add/topichub
and:
/admin/content/types/topichub/edit

No dblog/watchdog message, no PHP error, no apache log error, just WSOD 

Firefox can't find the file at http://localhost.com/xxx.com/admin/node/add/topichub.

Never seen this before.

This issue is related to: #603150: Nodetype Settings for Panel Nodes not working and caused by a conflict with vertical_tabs module. The solution is to patch topichubs_panels.crud.inc. Patch attached.
