Hello! I really need help.

I created a content type and added 2 location forms (NOT CCK Locations) on it. this content type is sort of departure-destination node type.
The first form (locations-0) is destination location and the 2nd one (locations-1) is the departure location.

Now the problem is when I edited the page and tried swapping the 2 cities. After submission, I'm having trouble as to changes made is not updated on node view. also the node title isn't updating. In some case, during 1st submission (the time the node is created), the values changes.

I have both custom codes on node-ctype.tpl.php and node-ctype-edit.tpl.php cleaned up and i think the problem didn't exist there.

Do you have any idea? I tried looking for similar issue but i found none. if there is, please provide me link. Otherwise, I would really appreciate if you could guide me through.

also, when i preview the changes i make, everything is going fine (fields updating), but once saved, there comes the mess.
