i like my visitor can enter mp3 file as url, i don't want to host mp3 file in my server ! i wan users can post audio file like domainename.com/artist.mp3

This is high on my priority list. I would prefer this to be integrated into the audio.module. See these posts for the audio.module:

This is an issue for the audio.module and not the playlist.module.
