Fixes included in this release:

• Core Module: Pagination error on mapping settings page has been resolved.
• Core Module: Token for frontpage has been created: "<front>" to replace use of '/front'.
• Core Module: 404 pages can now be mapped using the "<404>" token
• Core Module: Expanded view page has been fixed. List will begin to paginate after 25 items.
• Core Module: Duplication error when editing a url path for an existing mapping settings has been fixed.
• Core Module: The length for the value column in the casaa_context_mapper table has been increased from 300 to 1000 chars.
• Core Module: "Actions" header has been added to the mapping settings table.
• APT Plugin: Selection of ad slots per mapping setting has been added to prevent over-scheduling of ads.
