If possible it would be cool if all urls linked from the rss aggregator would automaticly be converted to goto's. I f.e. link to news articles and cool pages with RSS and it would be really cool if I could track how many times they are clicked.

Not possible through the module system.
You can do it in a theme. Simply call the function gotwo_get_url($url) to get and\or create a an "go" url.
