Is there a cross-posting module for Drupal? I would like to be able to cross-post node content to LiveJournal, if possible.

If you've used this module, do you know if its possible to cross-post entries entered prior to installing the module?

You can do that by editing each entry, and clicking the "Crosspost to LiveJournal" checkbox. The consequence of this is that the entry is posted in real-time. It's not backdated correctly. So you'd have to edit the individual LJ entries too. I don't think there's a mass-posting tool included in the module.
