Hi

I wanted to disable user-to-user contact for and yes, it is working fine, users are unable to use contact form to contact each others, but if user go to edit page he can still see CONTACT SETTINGS dropdown menu and can unable personal contact for (but it will not work anyway)

I think this dropdown menu should be disabled

There is currently not a permission for 'have personal contact form'. You may be interested in this core patch: #254460: Add permission to *have* a personal contact form
