Hi,

I am very interested in configuring this module. However I am currently locked because the documentation is not extensive enough. Steps described in the readme file are not explicit, I would be very grateful if you could add more detail and context to every step. If you could also add an example that would be great.

Thank you

Hi stephanoz,
you are right, the documentation is not complete. However the readme.txt should get you to the point, where
you hava a bookingcalendar, and are able to create new units / unittypes. If you post here how far you got
installing and configuring the modules and whats working and what not or where you have difficulties i can help you. Also this info
would help me to write a decent documentation which should be online in a few weekends.
Also remember this is a work in progress, so please allways check for the newest dev-version of the module (the date is important).

The documentation says in step #3 to "enable the agreservation contenttype for Resouce Conflict" ... but it's not clear what this is, and none of the content types have any date fields.

no, but the reservation content type "agreservation" has a datetimefield labeled "Reservationdate"
this is the one to choose. also the field for conflict checking "unitreference" should be checked
by using the checkbox in the edit form of the "agreservation" content type.
attached is a picture.

Getting the following message in the agreservation content type properties dialog:

The following requirements for Resource Conflict have not been met:

This content type is not event enabled. Please install the Event module if you wish to use Resource Conflict with the Event module.
This content type does not contain any suitable Date fields. Please add at least one Date field with required start and end dates if you wish to use Resource Conflict with the Date module.

I'm going to move this to a new issue as it doesn't pertain directly to documentation...
