Steps to reproduce:
Install drupal in www.example.com
Enable ad_the-morning-after theme.
Add a block to the right sidebar.
Go to www.example.com/?q=admin
see attachment.

increased the width of #content,.two-sidebars #content to 500px. This is the attached patch.
