How to edit block

OK, I've used this module before, and made some very compact form blocks by not displaying a lot of info. The result is basically a block with title, body, and save so that the common user can create simple content.

Well, I cannot find where I did this. I thought I would go to "edit content" and it would be there along with display fields but I am not seeing it.

Where does one control what fields are displayed in a block?
