This version fixes a few problems with the user and format of the newly created post.
* New feature: the * can be used as the author name to have the system use the original node author as the forum post author.
* #638230: Discuss this topic creator still shows as Anonymous
* Fixed the format used for the forum post from "Default" to either:
** Same as source post if compatible with the new author of the node post
** As defined in the Discuss This! global settings if compatible with the new author
** Default (fallback in case the other two formats are not acceptable for security reasons)
