The basic issue is that everything works fine while I am logged into drupal back end working on the site. After I log out however The entire block disappears and does not show when I try to view the block as a normal site visitor. I do not have the any roles set so anyone visiting the site should be able to view the slide show. The site is being tested on local host. Thank you in advance for all the help.

ppblaauw commentedYou need to give permissions to anonymous users to view ddblock slideshows at the permissions page.
Hope this helps you further, please let me know.

keziagrace commentedThis is kind of a similar problem, my mini panel block above my menu won't display properly when logged out - actually it will display properly on the homepage when logged out but on no other pages - check it out http://profession.citnew.pogson.com.au/catalog/4
The shopping cart should be inline with the logo.
It also won't display properly in internet explorer.
Thanks in advance for any help!!

keziagrace commentedWeird, I turned caching off, and it now displays properly when logged out! Why would this be?
But it still has the same problem in Internet explorer.

keziagrace commentedProblem is partially fixed - turned block caching off, and changed my panel from two columns to two column stacked layout (with no content in top and bottom panes) and it all seems to work logged in/out and in internet explorer. No idea why, but there you go!
