drupal.org feature request - Tips and Tricks for modules & themes

I would like to request a section in modules and themes area (for each module & theme)

It would be very handy to have and Tips and Tricks section for each module - especially themes

Often the maintainer gets busy with life and other projects

Other members jump in and offer workarounds, simple little things that can help other members

As of right now - there are two choices

1) support request
2) issue

neither of these a place for simple little cheats

the other problem is, that being a support request or an issue -- very often a good simple workaround could get closed and very often not noticed by people - especially newbies

what got me thinking about this is - just today I found a nice little change to a block.tpl.php that was in a closed feature request - I found it - but I bet a few others won't

some might say this should go into the doc area - I think it would be easier to find and use - by the actual module or theme

I also believe it would encourage more sharing
