languageicons 6.x-2.0

The first stable release of the 6.x-2.x branch, which marks the end of new features and string changes for the 6.x version of Language icons, as well as deprecates the 6.x-1.x branch. Once Language icons 6.x-2.x has been ported to 7.x-1.x, development for 7.x-2.x will be opened for new features.

Changes since the 6.x-1.x branch of Language icons:

• The module is now called "Language icons" instead of "Language Icons".
• Feature: #396864: Move Language Icons menu entry
• Feature: #607234: Show language name as icon tooltip
