When i create or edit issue today and shedule it to be sent two days later, i get it sended today.

Are you sure, that you are using cron to send newsletters?

Yes, i use cron to send newsletters. "Use cron to send newsletters" is checked.

It looks like the schedule start date is missing from the sql query when cron checks for newsletters to be sent. Please, try the attached patch and report back.
