Add 'Negate' for conditions

The idea is to add a checkbox, next to 'Require all conditions'.
If this checkbox is checked, than conditions should be treated as successful when condition fails.

E.g.
Path -> <front> = front page
Path -> <front> + [x]Negate = all pages, excluding front page
