Thanks for working on this! I installed the newest release and am getting some errors.
a) The screenshot "noshowchoices.jpg" shows the CCK pollfield setting, but there wasn't a place for me to enter in the choices for the poll.

b) I got the following error msg

call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'content_field_edit_form' was given in /var/www/html/sled/includes/form.inc on line 372.

I fixed it try after midnight when dev version is refreshed!

the problem is solved when you create a new node, but it's still there when you define the default settings.

I am on it. In developing CCK module default values and node edit have to treated separately. I am on it

I can't reproduce this bug any longer. I think it is now fixed in the latest dev. Please reopen with steps to reproduce if you still experience it with the latest dev version of the module.
