I'm posting this here because i don't know what module would be causing it.
I find in the last few months my pictures uploaded in a cck filefield are not displaying, and the only way i can get them back is by flushing the cache. It seems to happen every 10 days or so. As soon as i flush the cache it works fine and they all show up. I am using Imagecache, CCK filefield, CCK imagefield, and i have Image installed (but i am not using that).
I think when it goes wrong the ability to upload photos through the cck field is gone as well. It seems as if drupal just forgets that that content type has a image field attached.
Any ideas?
