Brilliant - thanks for the patch.

I've rolled this up in to the DRUPAL-6--3 branch, with a couple of minor mods. It also let me spot a couple of other errors that had got carried over, and find an optimisation elsewhere in the code.

I don't have a commerical flowplayer to test on, but can see the settings being passed through, so should be good.

I can confirm it works. Just added 'linkUrl' and 'linkWindow' properties, and changed 'left' property to 'right' ...
