Attached are all the needed files for adding RTL (right-to-left, as in hebrew, arabic...) support for this theme - style-rtl.css + a flipped menu-collapsed.gif + a simple patch against style.css witch only add comments for properties that are overridden in style-rtl.css

I have added the codes to the Alpha 15 build.

CVS is being picky about the image file so that is the only file yet to be included in the theme.
