The french translation doesn't exist in the translation directory.
Here is the french translation if somebody is interested ... and why not to add it to the next version of CAPTCHA !

I already added the file from #1 in http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=338216

But I'm afraid there are still some issues. It seems that you based your translation on the Danish translation file (there are still some references to "Dansk" in the fr.po file), this file is slightly outdated. It's better to start translating from a "pot" file (captcha-module.pot in this case). In attachment you find an automatic merge of your translations and the latest captcha-module.pot, but because it is automatic, there still could be errors, lost translations, etc, ... Please check this file (especially the entries marked with "fuzzy")

Yes, I based my translation on the Danish translation. Sorry for that, I will be careful in the futur !
Here is the checked version for the french translation. Hope that this will be ok.

Just so you know, after I've uploaded my translation file to localize.drupal.org, I've seen this thread, so I've uploaded you translation too, so it can be approved by the french translation team and serve as a basis for future references.
