Calendar Component

Hey everyone,

I needed a calendar/date component that was better than those date dropdowns. I wrote a calendar component that used the jscalendar module that can be added to the webforms. I had trouble getting it to specify the format and a few other config parameters. Maybe I can work with you to figure out how to add it. Anyway. I attached the file, feel free to include it in CVS/releases if you like.
