When CKEditor is inside of a panel, when opening the Link or Image dialog, one cannot enter anything, like image width or height.

In the last ticket it seems that someone posted a solution for it (didn't test it), so probably we might use it in a module.

Changes commited to cvs. That wasn't jquery-ui but Chaos tool suite.

The problem was in Ctools, which have own way to make modal dialogs. Changes was commited to CVS.
