uk2.net, hostway are good at Shared hosting side. And if your site is traffic-heavy, you can use 1and1.co.uk dedeciated server, or Rackspace.co.uk.

AND, they have to offer/support Linux (Ubuntu or CentOS) NOT Windows! thx

I'm not sure what their dedicated server service is like but their shared hosting is unuseable. The php memory limit is 32Mb.
