Thank you for updating this module to 4.7.
How do I put the headings (e.g. Actors, Year) in bold and leave the content plain?
How do I put a blank line between the different fields?
I can try to do it myself if you tell me which file to modify. (Is it a module file, a theme file, or something else?)

I gather the moviereview.css file is supposed to do this, but it's not. Any thoughts on how I should troubleshoot it?

You should modify the file moviereview.css.
I have just commited an updated for version 4.7 of the module. The former one was not respecting the .css file, but now it is.
