Thanks you for this useful module, I was looking for something like this since a long time.
But to make it more useful, it should be great to be able to put custom text and tokens as an automatic pattern for the menu.
This pattern could be defined in the content type configuration tab, letting the node's title by default.
In the actual state of the module, the title of the node is automatically assigned as the menu entry.
It could be great if with could write for example in a text field 'prefix [title]' to append a prefix to the node's title or use other token like the [nid] or what else.

I have a content type with a node reference field. I'd like the ability to have the auto menu be able to use this referenced node as the parent item. The ability to use tokens in the menu name would also be great. Maybe there's some other way of doing this I'm missing though...
