Administration menu hangs in the footer

I really like the beach theme, thanks for this great theme!
I have a little problem though ... I am using the administration module
http://drupal.org/project/admin_menu
and instead of the usual horizontal display at the top of the page it
hangs in the footer like this:

Any tip how to bring it up to the top?
