I am running this solution on a big site with tons of imagecache presets. Some mechanism for selecting which imagecache presets get used in the menu would be nice.

I was thinking of a check box in the module settings: [ ] Use only imagecache presets beginning with wysiwyg_imagecache_ and remove wysiwyg_imagecache_ from the preset name before displaying in menu.

The above is a lightweight solution which would work for me. What do you think?

I would also like to see this kind of config option and maybe with a small addition:

Give the option to define a default imagecache preset.
If default is set let choose via radio button
(o) hide Size: selection box
(o) display Size: selection box anyway

This is something important. Well there are a lot of things to implement. Start helping :) I cant offer full-time-development for free on this plugin, but i try to do my best
