Issue Summary
Dear Mr.
Using standard deviation implies normality assumptions. Furthemore, most users do not know the relation between standard deviation and probabilities.
Thus, is it not possible to provide percentiles that directly and clearly indicate the percentage range, that means the percentage of users that has connection problems. It is possible to provide a more representative percentage of population (+ 80%) and indicate the range of the worse connection time (95 to 100%).
