Unless I'm missing something there is no checkout pane that denotes that a product has a recurring fee. Despite the fact that the product description includes a statement that there is a monthly charge, there should be a message at checkout that conspicuously states that there is a recurring fee, the amount and the interval.

There is a setting to add a specific message to the checkout pages, but if you would like to convert this to an actual checkout pane I would be happy to commit a patch.
