redirecting user reg form as well

I doubt this will get any traction (feel free to close the issue if it doesn't/shouldn't) but this is a teeny-tiny (not yet overly well thought out) patch that treats the user registration form like the login form in terms of redirection.

Any thoughts are welcome.
