Schedule RSS awareness of published nodes?

I have a series of blog posts I want to syndicate to Facebook. They are published already, so the general public can access them, but I want to space out publishing them to Facebook. Is there a way to schedule when the RSS feed becomes aware of a given node when it's already published?
