I'm not the project owner or contributor but I thing condition are satisfy.
If you maintain a drupal.org project (module, theme, install profile) and it does not show up here or has "No data available", that means you do not have a release of your project for either Drupal 5.x, 6.x or 7.x. (...)

Looking at http://localize.drupal.org/translate/projects/ad it has 5 releases parsed with a total of almost a 1000 translatable strings. Which releases do you miss?
