I have a new listing and biblio entry yesterday, but the last modification date on my sitemap is from 2 days ago, when I last manually rebuilt it:

http://autism.healingthresholds.com/sitemap.xml

Based on your comment on this issue, I just changed minimum sitemap lifetime from no minimum to 1 hour. But I don't understand why this would matter.

Hmm, it looks like changing the minimum sitemap lifetime fixed this, but I don't understand why it wouldn't work correctly with no minimum set.
