Change link to CHANGELOG.TXT

There is a new and up-to-date CHANGELOG.TXT in the cvs. Please change the file (or links to) CHANGELOG.TXT that is linked from the homepage of Drupal.org and these nodes: 465, 6853. Of major concern, the CHANGELOG.TXT that is linked from the node 6853 still lists Drupal 4.4.0 as release candidate.
