These are the table creation commands I used while my site was still using 4.6. They worked well enough for me, though I've since updated to 4.7.

Hmmm... Now I've said that I've noticed that even though I removed the branch from cvs, it still appears to be downloadable? I'm assuming there's nothing inside the tarball though as there's nothing for it to package up!
