The highligted content box will not always display content for anonymous users. It will always do so for logged users.

ok... something had gone wrong altogether with site information, i guess since i changed the front page, creating these confusing behaviours, including not showing the highligted content, and always directing to the same feed as homepage... so I cleared the cache and defaulted the Strongarm options. Every thing came back to normal.

Actually no... it all reappears when switching from one feature to another (feeds to channel) and from there from one view to another: page:news, list and map.

Cache is normal, as well as other cache options are activated.

reinstalled and have not activated cache. everything works fine.
