Using:
Drupal 4.7.2
Gallery 2.1

Installation of the gallery2 and gallery in drupal works fine for me. But the weird thing is, when clicked Administer >> Modules (to install other drupal modules) the page went blank. I'd tried removing all other modules that might have causes the problem, but the Administer >> Modules page is still a blank white page. After removing the the gallery2 and the gallery.module the Administer >> Modules page no longer a blank page.

Got any clue why did this happend?

Not really, unfortunately. Can you please try the latest CVS version of gallery.module and see if it still happens. Also, do you have PHP error checking on at all? If not, can you try adding it to see if any errors are generated prior to the page being stopped. Finally, are there any errors in your web server logs?
