I can't find any issue as to why your feed was removed, but any new or re-added feeds have to follow the requirements for addition into the Planet. Specifically, you'll need to have a 'Drupal Planet' specific tag & feed.

With only one Planet Drupal specific post in the last 3 years and no follow-ups in this issue, this feed is not active enough to be considered for inclusion in Planet Drupal.
