Issue Summary

It would be great to see users having the ability to make a note private or public while creating a them. So they can put a note for themselves or make it public for everyone to view. This would be a great addition!!

Do you think that using the published option for this would be sufficient? If so, I will add this to the coming dev release.

#2

Yes that would be sufficient. But will the personal notes(not published) still appear in a normal search for the user??

#3

If the node is not published then it shouldn't be part of the search results I think. I will test this.

Status:active» needs review

Private notes can not be found using search. This feature has been committed to HEAD and dev.

Question to anyone: Can I mark this as "needs review" without submitting a patch? Or can I simply change the status to closed as I commited the changes already and I'm pretty sure they work?

Status:needs review» fixed

'needs review' indicates that there is a patch in the issue waiting for the community and/or maintainer to review. Since it has already been committed, you can mark it as fixed. If it isn't really fixed, someone will reopen this issue or start another as a bug report...
