I would love to have the option to put the ALT text for images anything except the basic global tokens. Is there anyway to use custom CCK tokens for the ALT text? Thanks!

Generally this is a problem because the other CCK fields don't yet exist yet when you create a new node. However FileField Paths works around this and I believe will work with alt and title fields for all node-level tokens.
