How can sort Firstname of user list

HI,

I have to know how to sort order by firstname in user list bec i want to show list of user by alphabetically. dispaly[A-Z] if click any charcter i want to show list of name by selected character. this task i ill do my own code by i want to know if any module was there for this task and give me any idea about

By firstname you mean $user->name or else?

if its not $user->name, I think you need to create a "user profile" with content profile module + cck , inside the "user profile" you can specify the firstname and last name then sort them out by views.
