I activated this module and began working with it, set in the "Never" display mode so users couldn't see what I was doing, but then started getting complaints from my users that they were seeing the it.

No matter what I did, it seemed everyone could see it.

I'm now activating the Condition module to restrict to admin role so I can work on it in privacy, but wanted to let you know about the problem. Thanks.

Same problem here. Cache flushed, splash display set to Never, but it is still being displaying.
